The fourth and last scarf woven on a warp of 5 colour bands, threaded in a 4 block pattern to produce warp and weft faced colour blocks. This time I created a pattern of long blocks and paired it with another of very short ones. Both warp and weft are 100% silk and all hand dyed except the black and the red warp. It was wet finished and steam pressed when completed and measures 11” wide by 68” lomg, plus the tasselled fringe at either end. Click on the main picture to view all images at full size.

Care advice: when necessary cool hand wash with detergent, (I use shampoo), and steam press while still slightly damp.
