The colours and design of this scarf remind me of sunlight glinting on a blue sea. The construction is a 2 colour echo weave. The yarns are all 30/2s Chinese spun silk, all hand dyed in my workshop. I used onion skins to dye the yellows and synthetic dyes for the blues and pinks. The finished piece measures approximately 11” by 70”, plus the tassels at either end.

Care advice: cool hand wash in detergent, (I use shampoo), hang to dry and steam press when nearly dry.
