The second scarf from the 4 colour echo threading warp, this one inspired by brightly coloured parrots’ plumage. Woven in 100% silk yarn that I dyed in my studio, using an onion skins dye bath to get the yellows and onion skins again plus synthetic blue to get the greens. The other colours were achieved with synthetic dyes.

Size approximately 70” x 11”, plus the 5” tasselled fringe at either end.
