This scarf is the second one woven in a technique described in Marian Stubenitsky’s book on weaving iridescence. It has 4 colours in the warp and their sequence is repeated across the width. The weft uses deep red and blue. The yarn is 100% Chinese spun silk and all except the reds and the deep blue were dyed by myself. The scarf measures approximately 11” W x 74” L, plus the tasselled fringe at either end.
