The first scarf off my 2nd Iridescence warp, a 4 colour warp threading that produces a miriad of colour combinations in the finished piece. This one is designed to give the look af a deep sea at twilight, when the water is dark and still with some areas reflecting a little light in their movement. It is 100% silk and the colours in the warp are hand dyed by me. The black silk weft is commercially dyed. Dimensions are approximately 70” long by 11” wide, (28 x 178 cms) , plus the 5” tasselled fringe at either end.
