The last scarf woven on the Rising Bubbles warp but with a different lifting sequence, which produced these shapes, reminding me of ancient hierogltphics. The warp is alternate ends of yellow and orange, in various shades. The weft is in a range of purples, . Warp and weft are both the same 30/2s Chinese spun silk, hand dyed in my workshop. The finished scarf measures approximately 11” wide by 70” long, plus the tasselled fringe at either end.

Care advice: when necessary wash in luke warm water with detergent, (I use shampoo), and steam press when nearly dry.
