This scarf design was inspired by the amazing patterns and beautiful colours in an Abilone shell. It had an area where the colours were strong like this, while in another part the colours were more muted and pastel.

The scarf is hand woven in 100% Chinese Spun silk, hand dyed to the colours required. It measures approximately 70” by 11”, plus 5” tassels at either end.

I would recommend hand washing in tepid water with a little detergent, and steam ironing.
