The third scarf on a 3 colour echo threading warp, adapted from a 4 colour echo threading in Marian Stubenitsky’s book ‘Weaving with Echo & Iris’. This one uses very nearly the same shaft lifting sequence as the 2nd scarf of this series, but with pale shades in the weft. 100% silk yarns, hand dyed red, yellow and blue for the warp and various pale colours for the weft. The finished scarf measures 11” by 70”, plus the tasselled fringe at either end.

Care advice: hand wash in tepid water with a little detergent, (I use shampoo), and steam press to bring out the full shine of the silk.
